Have you ever received a request to "choose 3 random members" as winners of a monthly drawing? This features simplifies this process.
Choosing Random Members
| 1 | Search for appropriate records on the membership list. For example, if you want to give a free pass to a dinner party to some people who joined this month, retrieve members using criteria like: "Start Date = Current Month" |
| 2 | Choose Actions > Choose Random Members |
| 3 | On the Choose Random Members window, enter the number of records you want to select, then click Go. You can enter any number of members up to the total number of records in the Results List. |
| 4 | If you want a simple screen print of the results, click Print. |
| 5 | When you are finished, click Close. |
