Working With Previews
Professional Version Only
With MemberTies Professional, you can define one, two, or three data previews each for the membership list, group list, and activity list. A preview is a quick synopsis of additional information about the currently selected list record. Different lists have different preview data available. This example shows two of the available previews for the Group List.
Setting or Changing Previews
|1||Open the desired list (this procedure applies equally to the membership, group, and activity lists).|
|2||Choose Actions > Preview|
|3||When the Setup Preview Display window opens, select the "Enable Preview Display" option. This will enable the list of available preview choices.|
|4||You may choose a Left, Center, and Right preview. The previews correspond to the left, center, and right thirds of the preview display area on the list. |
Note: Depending on the resolution of your computer monitor, three previews may not fit.
|5||When you have made your selections, click OK.|
|2||Choose Actions > Preview.|
|3||When the Setup Preview Display window opens, select the "Disable Preview Display" option. |
|4||Click OK. The list window will redisplay, hiding the preview area.|
