Renaming a Report or View

Once the name of a user defined report, view, card, label, etc., has been saved, it can no longer be changed on the maintenance window. To rename an existing report, you must use a menu option on the List of reports.

Renaming a View or Report

1Open the list of views or reports:
For Views, from the Membership List or Group List, choose Actions > Views.
For Reports/Labels, from the Reports window, choose Actions > User Reports.
2Use the mouse to right-click the item you wish to rename, then choose "Rename" from the popup menu.
3Enter the new name for the View, then click OK.
