Saving Criteria |

Advanced criteria can be saved and then reopened later when you want to run a particular search again. This is particularly helpful for complex searches that take a lot of time to set up.
Note: Only advanced criteria can be saved.
Saving Advanced Criteria
If you have not created criteria yet, see Entering Advanced Search Criteria.
| 1 | After your criteria is working correctly, click the "Save" button (or if there is no Save button, right-click the criteria list and choose "Save Criteria"). |
| 2 | When the "Save As" window opens, enter a name for the search criteria such as, "Expired Dues" or "Committee Members". |
| 3 | Click OK. The system will verify that the search layout is valid, and then will save it under the specified name. |
Loading Saved Criteria
To reload the search, click the "Load" button (or if there is no Save button, right-click the criteria list and choose "Load Criteria") on the Search tab and select the desired search.
